BACKGROUND

Anna is from Savage, Minnesota and completed a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas (whoosh!). Anna has been working as an engineer at GE Aerospace in Lynn, MA since moving to Boston. Outside of classes and research at MIT Anna enjoys using the ice rink to pick up new skating tricks.

 

RESEARCH

Anna is exploring cycle modeling of new turbofan engine concepts using NPSS. Anna is interested in researching the potential for water injection methods to improve engine efficiency and emissions for more sustainable future aviation.
