Fields: Aircraft Emissions
Former Lab Role: Research Assistant [until 2013]
I am from Westerly, Rhode Island, and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in MIT’s AeroAstro program. My research is focused on quantification & modeling of fuel burn and emissions from aircraft. The main goal of my work is to develop a rapid surrogate tool to calculate global fuel burn and emissions due to aviation. The intended use of the tool is policy and technology assessment, particularly where fast execution is paramount, such as uncertainty quantification.
