I come from Athens, Greece, and attended the University of Cambridge for my undergraduate studies (BA(Hons), MEng) in Aerospace and Aerothermal Engineering. My MEng research project was on aeroacoustics, analyzing the landing gear noise of a Boeing 747-400. I am now commencing a Masters degree in the Laboratory for Aviation and the Environment and will be involved in PARTNER Program 45 – Aviation System Air Quality Performance Analysis. The research will involve, among other tasks, modeling tools to estimate the impact of aviation emissions on air quality and public health.
