I come from Bucharest, Romania and I am currently pursuing a S.M in Aerospace Engineering. During my undergraduate studies at Syracuse University I was involved in a research project which involved creating an adjoint-based adaptive grid for supersonic flow. I became acquainted with fluid mechanics, computational fluid dynamics as well as with some numerical methods. My future work will be in the field of aircraft emissions and the impacts of aviation on human health and the environment.
